Description

Two Serendra is the other half of the Serendra condominium complex, the flagship residential development in the booming business district of BGC.

The Aston is known as the Kids' Zone. Itā€™s the building closest to Two Serendra's kid-friendly amenities. Turned over in 2012, the 33-story The Aston was the first of the four high-rises to be completed. It has a total of 400 units, including studios; one, two, and three-bedrooms; and two Special 3 BR units found at the penthouse.

The Red Oak

Two Serendra's Total Wellness Zone, The Red Oak had its turnover in 2013. It houses the community's wellness and fitness centers, including the following:
