Trion Towers’ three towers has 49 to 50 floors each. Towers I and II have been completed and are ready for occupancy. Construction at Tower III is ongoing. 

There are about 2,100 units overall. 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units are available. Floor areas range from 38 to 118 square meters, and there’s an array of floor plans to choose from.

The units at The Trion Towers have spaces for kitchens, dining areas, and living rooms, along with provisions for balconies. There are one to two bathrooms and maids’ quarters for each residence. All units come with painted and finished walls and ceilings.  

There are four passenger elevators for each tower. Each unit has an intercom that’s connected to the security and reception counter at the lobby, and there are CCTVs at select common areas.
