Also known as ORÉ Square, ORÉ Central is a 30-storey building completed in 2016. It was developed by the Citimax Group as the headquarters of the Oriental Peninsula Resources Group, Inc. (ORÉ), a company specializing in mining operations for chromite, copper, manganese, magnesite, silver, gold, and other mineral products. They have chosen to “go green” by obtaining a LEED-certified office space in BGC, which is an area known for offering a number of parks and open green spaces, unlike other business districts in the metro.

The building itself was designed by Gensler, an international architectural firm based in San Francisco, California, focused on building sustainable properties. ORÉ Central joins their roster as an award-winning office building, recognized as Best Office Development, Best Landscape Architectural Design, and Highly Commended in Best Architectural Design in the 2016 Philippine Property Awards. Directly across ORÉ Central is a BGC called Track 30th, known as the district’s fitness park. A few blocks from there is Bonifacio High Street, peppered with many shops, dining choices, and also bazaars and weekend markets every now and then.
