From the outside, One World Place in unmistakably innovative with its glass curtain wall façade featuring ‘monsoon windows’, specially made to utilize the Philippine climate, and exterior aluminum screens and vertical fins, reducing solar heat and glare. Integrating these features and more provided the interior with natural ventilation, daylighting and high-energy efficiency, and earned a LEED Gold for Building Design and Construction certification for the property.
